Wry Toast chartered in August of 1991, and since then we have been a Distinguished Club 18 out of 20 years. We were Select Distinguished six of those years and President's Distinguished twice.

We are home to the District 26 Toastmaster of the Year for 2000-01, the District 26 second place finisher in the 2000 Table Topics contest, the Metro Division winner of the 1999 Humorous Speech contest, and the 1997 District 26 Evaluation contest winner.  The 2008-2009 D-5 Area Governor is a member and our club President.

We meet in the Denver Tech Center from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.

Bring a photo ID and check in with the Tower 1 security guard.

To find Wry Toast Meetings:

We meet at the Great-West Life Center in the Denver Tech Center. From I-25 and I-225, go South to the second exit at Orchard Road and go East under the interstate through a light there and at the very next light turn left at S. Willow Drive (be in the leftmost turn lane.) After 50 feet, turn left in front of the parking garage and immediately turn right into the garage to park.  If there is a sign on the garage that says, "Lot Full," ignore it.  The visitor parking should have spaces available. 

 

Go to Tower 1 (the far tower nearest to I-25 - the left tower of the 3 in the picture below), check in with the guard, go to the 8th floor, go through the glass doors, and enter the conference room in front of you. Welcome to Wry Toast!!!
